Four core services: driveway sealing and pressure washing for concrete surfaces, garage cleanouts to remove unwanted clutter, holiday lighting installation and takedown, and garage epoxy floor coatings. Our focus is deliberately narrow so the work stays consistently good.

Do you provide free quotes?

Yes. Quotes are free and there's no obligation attached. We'd rather look at a project honestly and tell you what it needs than pressure anyone into scheduling work they aren't ready for.

How does the quoting process work?

You submit the quote form or call us with a few basics — the address, what you'd like improved, and any photos you have. We follow up to discuss details and, for most projects, evaluate the space in person so the number we give you is accurate. You get the scope and the price before anything is scheduled.

Do I need to be home during the service?

For driveway sealing and pressure washing, no — as long as we have access to the area and an outdoor water spigot, you don't need to be there. For garage cleanouts and epoxy work we recommend being available at least at the start, since decisions about what stays and what goes are yours to make.

How long does a typical service take?

A standard residential driveway sealing and pressure washing job usually takes a few hours. Garage cleanouts typically run anywhere from a half day to a full day depending on the size of the space and how much is stored in it. Garage epoxy and holiday lighting projects may take longer, and we'll give you a realistic time window with your quote.

What types of driveways can you clean?

We work on poured concrete driveways, walkways, sidewalks, porches and concrete patios. Some surfaces — such as older, flaking or already-damaged concrete, or specialty coatings — need a gentler approach, and we'll assess that before starting rather than risk damage.

Can you clean heavily dirty or stained concrete?

Often, yes — heavy dirt, mildew, algae and general weathering usually respond very well. Deep-set stains like old oil, rust or paint are less predictable: some lift substantially, some only lighten. We'll tell you honestly what we expect before we start so you aren't surprised by the result.

What happens during a garage cleanout?

We work through the space with you, separate what stays from what goes, haul off the clutter you no longer want, and leave you with open, usable floor space again. We also sweep and clean the floor so the area feels finished.

Do you install garage epoxy floors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Garage epoxy is one of our core services. We grind and prep the concrete, repair cracks and pits, then apply a professional epoxy coating with color flake options and a clear protective topcoat.

Do you install holiday lighting?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We design, install, maintain and take down holiday lighting for rooflines, gables, columns, walkways and trees using commercial-grade LED bulbs and custom-cut runs.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Very little is needed. For driveway sealing and pressure washing, move vehicles, trash bins and anything portable off the surface and make sure we can reach an outside water spigot. For garage work, it helps to think ahead about anything you know you want kept or thrown out — but sorting is part of what we do, so don't feel like you need to clean up before we arrive.

What happens if weather affects my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Rain, freezing temperatures and storms can affect exterior cleaning, both for quality and for safety. If weather is a problem we'll contact you as early as we can and reschedule to the next available date that suits you. There's no penalty for a weather reschedule.
